Private Health Cover
We are registered with all major health funds and rebates may apply depending on your level of extras cover. Contact your private health fund to see if you are eligible for a rebate on dietetic services.
We offer you the convenience of HICAPS facilities which means you can receive your private health cover rebate on the spot. (HICAPS service is available for most major health insurance funds)
Medicare rebates only apply for clients with complex medical conditions referred by their doctor as part of a GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement (previously referred to as an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan).
Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
Veterans referred to the dietitian by their GP are bulk billed. Home visits are also available. Speak to your GP or contact us for more information.

Payment
Payment for all services is required at the time of your consultation.
We accept cash, eftpos and credit card. HiCaps is available for private health rebates on the spot.
Consultations for Nutrition Programs must be used within 12 months of the initial consultation. Nutrition Programs are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation of appointments.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24hours notice.
